There was a period where I felt so much Pressure and Overwhelming. For a long time I could not get out of my bed in the morning. I was stiff, had pain and I was still tired when I woke up. It felt hopeless... I had done so much work on myself…
I knew that later during the day my body would slowly soften up and there would also be periods of a higher state of mind and sometimes big gaps with happiness.
I was journaling about my reality that I wanted to transform. There were so many things that needed to shift. I did not know where to start. Then I decided to focus on what was most important now. I was determined to find a way to change my life. PLING!!! I got the idea to make a personal mantra.
This is the one I made:
I feel so Goooood in my Body
I have Peace and Flow in my body
I am Flexible and Strong
I Walk and Move around with Ease
I Wake up Happy and Energized
I kept saying it over and over the whole day. In the afternoon I went for a swim. I love love love to swim. After I was laying in the sun. I love love love sunbathing. Then I started to stretch in the grass. Then I was lying on the grass, relaxing in a meditative state. REALIZATION - BOOM!!! All of a sudden I was FEELING the way I wanted to feel. The mantra felt like a reality. I grabbed my phone and recorded me saying the mantra 3 times. I was in the right aligned vibration - I knew that it was the TRUTH.
When I went to bed that night, I listened to the mantra. When I woke up - BREAKTHROUGH!!
I felt happy and energized and I felt so good being in my body. I started to do some stretching in bed while listening to the recording and then I continued my day with Ease!! I felt Strong - I was in Peace and Flow!!

1. Journal - then you become AWARE
Do it everyday in the morning… When we write it down it becomes more obvious - the thoughts we carry around and the reality we are living.
You will see some patterns - then pick the ONE most important thing to FOCUS on
Choose the opposite - desired outcome
f.x I am tired > I am energized
Note: The opposite/medicin of anger can one day/period be happiness another day/period being calm
1. Make a MEDICINE Mantra
Write in present tense - ( I am, I have, I feel )
Practice so you know it by heart
Speak it out loud
Think it
Sing it
Be creative - speak it with a funny accent
Visualize it
FOCUS ON It!! Insist!!
1. Record the Mantra
Do it when you are in a High Vibration!!!!
LISTEN to it.
Before you go to bed. When you wake up! During the day
1. Repeat Repeat Repeat
